The ASSESS Initiative will facilitate a revolution of enablement that will vastly increase the availability and utility of Engineering Simulation*, with the aim to significantly increase usage and business benefit across the full spectrum of industries, applications and users. The vision of the ASSESS Initiative is to guide and influence software strategies. This effort will result in a series of resources made available by the ASSESS Initiative and are expected to include:

*Engineering Simulation as used by ASSESS Initiative refers to Analysis, Simulation and Systems Engineering technologies and associated usage in the engineering applications domain.
